As a birth doula I accompany women in labor to help ensure a safe and satisfying birth experience. I am a certified birth doula through DONA. I draw on my professional training, knowledge & experience to provide emotional support, physical comfort and, communication with you to assure you have the information you need to make informed decisions as they arise in labor. I can provide confidence and perspective to you and your partner, make suggestions for labor progress, and help with relaxation, soothing touch, positioning and other techniques for comfort. I am also very passionate about helping couples navigate VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean) options and helping them achieve their desired birth.

Birth Doula Service Packages:

                     
​ ​​*Deluxe Doula Support $2,400
  • Complimentary meet & greet/Consultation.
  •  2 prenatal meetings (1-2 hours each).
  • Help with birth plan preparation.
  • Unlimited 24 hour on-call support starting at 37 weeks.
  • Take photos for you with your phone/camera.
  • Labor and Delivery support and I will remain with you approximately 2 hours after baby is born.
  • In home postpartum/follow up visit, meal of your choice provided (2 hours).
     Fees:
$1,200 non-refundable retainer fee due at 1st prenatal visit.      

$1,200 remaining balance due at 2nd prenatal visit (at or around 38 weeks).

  • Complimentary meet & greet/Consultation.
  • 1-2 prenatal meetings (1 hour).
  • Help with birth plan preparation.
  • 24 hour on-call support starting at 37 weeks.
  • Take photos for you with your phone/camera.
  • Labor and Delivery support and I will remain with you approximately 2 hours after baby is born.
  • In home postpartum/follow up (1 hour).

$1,100 non-refundable retainer fee due at first prenatal visit.

  • Complimentary meet & greet/Consultation.
  • 1 prenatal meeting (1 hour).
  • Help with birth plan preparation.
  • 24 hour on-call support 37-42 weeks.
  • Labor and Delivery support up to 18 hours including the 1-2 hours after baby is born (after that time I will charge an hourly rate of $65hr.).
  • Take photos if requested.
  • ​Virtual follow-up postpartum support.
   Fees:
$1,000 non-refundable retainer fee due at first prenatal visit.
            
$1,000 remaining balance due at 38 weeks.
